August 31, 2023 - SMS - 10DLC Numbers now required using Subscribe by SMS feature in the USA
We have made adjustments to our Subscribe by SMS feature to now require our customers to utilize a registered 10 digit long code should they want to subscribe users that have USA phone numbers. As a result, we have removed all historically shared USA numbers from our UI.
August 31, 2023 - CX Apps: Reconnect Account Workflow
Now, when a connection is broken, we will dynamically update the "add an account button" on each connection to become "reconnect" so that users can take action without walking through the full app setup.
August 31, 2023 - Security: Password Confirmation in Password Reset Workflow
We now support 2 text input fields that prompt our customers to enter their password and then confirm in the secondary text box. We’ve also added in a checkbox to show/hide the passwords and confirm in 2 places what we have captured the new password.
