If you have enabled reply tracking on your campaign or automation email, you can easily create a segment of contacts who replied to your message. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Click Contacts in the left side menu to navigate to the Contacts Overview page.

Click into the Search field and click "Advanced Search."
- The segment builder will appear. Click the Conditions dropdown and select “Actions” > "Has Replied."

Click the 'Any Email' field, then click the campaign type.

Click the "Any campaign" field, then click on the campaign.
- Click the "Search" button.
- Once you finish your Advanced Search and click "Search," the Advanced Search you created will hide. To open it back up, click on the "Search Contacts" field.
- Click "Save As Segment."

Type the name of your segment into the field provided and click "Save."
Once the segment is saved, you can retrieve it by clicking Contacts > Lists to navigate to the Lists overview page, then clicking the down caret on the right of any list. Then click "Segments":
