How do I create a segment based on a reply to a campaign?

If you have enabled reply tracking on your campaign or automation email, you can easily create a segment of contacts who replied to your message. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Lists in the top menu of your account.
  2. Click the down arrow next to a list and select "Segments" from the dropdown menu that appears:

  3. Click “New Segment”

  4. Type your segment name in the New Segment modal, and click “Create Segment”

  5. The next page will load the segmenting tool. In the segmenting tool, select “Actions” from the dropdown on the left and select “Has replied.” Type the name of your campaign in the second field:

  6. Click “Save” on the top right to save your segment and “View Contacts” to view a list of contacts who meet your segment conditions
