When you submit a support request, we make it available for you to view in your account so you can track progress.
To view your support requests:
- Log into your ActiveCampaign account.
- Open a new tab in your browser and paste the following. URL: help.activecampaign.com/hc/requests
- You may be asked to re-enter your account name. Type your account name into the field provided.
You will then see all support requests that you submitted from your specific user account.
