How to view past help requests

When you submit a help request to our Customer Experience Team, it is available to view in your account so you can track its progress.

Take note

  • You must have a user account and be logged into your ActiveCampaign user account to view a help request. If you do not have a user account, please reach out to an Admin on your account to get one set up
  • You can only view tickets associated with the account you’re currently signed into.
  • Ticket history is limited to the 30 most recent tickets.

How to view help requests

  1. Log in to your ActiveCampaign account
  2. Click the Help bubble icon (Top right of your screen) > Chat with us.

  3. A chat widget will appear. Click the 'View your Support tickets' button. 

      You can also ask the AI agent to “view my tickets” at any point in the conversation.

  4. Select to see your 'Open' status or 'Solved' status tickets, then select a ticket to view a summary of its progress.
  5. If you’re viewing an 'Open' status ticket summary, you can ask the AI agent to update it for you. Type your request in the message field to describe what changes or information you want to add.
