When you submit a help request to our Customer Experience Team, we make it available to view in your account so you can track its progress.
You must have a user account and be logged into your ActiveCampaign user account to view a help request. If you do not have a user account, please reach out to an Admin on your account to get one set up
How to view help requests
- Log into your ActiveCampaign account.
- Click your name next to your avatar.
- Click "View open support tickets."
You will see a list of all the help requests you submitted to us.
