How to view past help requests

When you submit a help request to our Customer Experience Team, we make it available to view in your account so you can track its progress.

Take note

  • You must have a user account and be logged into your ActiveCampaign user account to view a help request. If you do not have a user account, please reach out to an Admin on your account to get one set up
  • Resellers are unable to view any help requests that were made by their resold accounts

How to view help requests

  1. Log into your ActiveCampaign account.
  2. Click your profile > View support tickets.

You will see a list of all the help requests you submitted to us.
