Rebranding your resold accounts

If you are an ActiveCampaign Agency Partner, you can rebrand or white label your resold accounts. The branding settings you specify within the Agency Dashboard can be applied to all new client or to all existing and new client accounts.

You may want to do this so you can resell ActiveCampaign accounts as your own branded product.

Take note:

Rebranding or white labeling will let you do the following for all resold accounts:

  • Hide all help links
  • Hide ActiveCampaign and copyright information from the app
  • Add a non-removable header or footer to every outgoing email
  • Replace the ActiveCampaign logo with your own
  • Replace the ActiveCampaign Favicon with your own
  • Update the primary navigation on resold accounts
  • Change the solution name
  • Customize the HTML template code and CSS code to modify the appearance of the app

About white labeling landing pages

When you white label your resold accounts, it will do the following for the landing pages feature:

  • Hide all help links
  • Hide ActiveCampaign branding in the landing page footer
  • Remove "ActiveCampaign" from the tags applied to contacts when they submit a form via the "Form" content block or the "Subscribe Form" content block
  • Replace the ActiveCampaign logo with your own
  • Replace the ActiveCampaign Favicon with your own
  • Update the primary navigation on resold accounts

White labeling will not remove "ac-page" from the customer's landing page domain at this time. The only way to hide "ac-page" from the landing page domain is to use your custom domain.

A generic domain for white labeled landing pages is coming soon.

Any updates or changes you make to resold accounts under "Default account settings" are applied to the Landing Pages feature.

1. Log into your Agency Dashboard.

2. Click "Default account settings."

3. Click the "Customize Admin CSS Styles" option.

4. Add your CSS styles to the box below the "Customize Admin CSS Styles" option.

5. Click the "Hide product links" option.

6. Click the "Apply updates to future and existing accounts" option.

7. Click the "Update" button.
