Why do I see a red error message asking for a mailing address?

The mailing address refers to the sender's physical mailing address. All outgoing emails are required by law to include this information. To add a mailing address:

  1. Click on your account and select “My Settings”
  2. Click the Addresses tab from the left side menu
  3. Click “Add Address” to add your address
