With ActiveCampaign's Unbounce integration, you can connect multiple Unbounce accounts and landing pages to your ActiveCampaign account. Doing so will create and update ActiveCampaign contacts from Unbounce page submissions.

- Connect your Unbounce account to ActiveCampaign
- View the Unbounce webhook
- View synced contacts in ActiveCampaign
- View landing page submission logs
- Update field mapping
- Disconnect an Unbounce landing page from ActiveCampaign

Take note
- This is a direct integration with Unbounce. You will need an ActiveCampaign account and an Unbounce account to complete the setup
- This integration is available on all ActiveCampaign and Unbounce plans
- The setup is completed from your ActiveCampaign account
- This integration will not add contacts directly to a list in ActiveCampaign. If you are using Unbounce to collect contacts who opted into receiving your marketing communications, you’ll need to use the “Add to List” automation action to add them to your list
- There is no limit to the number of fields you can map from your Unbounce landing page
- Unbounce fields can only be mapped to existing fields in ActiveCampaign. To map Unbounce fields to your ActiveCampaign account, you’ll need to first create them in ActiveCampaign. This integration will not create any new fields in your ActiveCampaign account
Connect your Unbounce account to ActiveCampaign
In this section, we’ll show you how to connect your Unbounce account to your ActiveCampaign account, connect Unbounce landing pages to ActiveCampaign, and map form fields to your ActiveCampaign account.
1. From your ActiveCampaign account, click “Apps” to navigate to the Apps page.
2. Use the search field on the top right of the “All Apps” page and search for Unbounce.
3. Click the Unbounce option to open it.

4. The Unbounce app page will load. Click the “Connect Account” button.
5. On the next screen, type the email address and password you use to access your Unbounce account. Then click the "Sign In" button.
6. The Unbounce app page in your ActiveCampaign account will reload. The "Accounts" tab will list your Unbounce landing pages. These landing pages will have an "Inactive" status.
Locate the landing page you wish to connect to your ActiveCampaign account and click the page's name.

7. On the next screen, you will map the email address field from your Unbounce landing page to the email address field in ActiveCampaign. This step is required.
Landing pages that do not collect an email address cannot be synced to your ActiveCampaign account.
To map the email address field, click the Unbounce dropdown located on the left and click the email address field. The ActiveCampaign email address field will already be selected for you.

8. Next, you can map additional fields from your landing page to contact fields in your ActiveCampaign account. You can map one, some, or all fields from your page.
If you are using the same field for multiple variants on your landing page, that field will only be listed once in the Unbounce dropdown.
To map additional fields, click "Add Field Mapping." Then click the Unbounce field dropdown to and click the field you wish to map. Next, click the ActiveCampaign field dropdown and click the contact field you wish to map to.
Repeat this step for every additional field you wish to map.

9. Once you’re done mapping all desired fields, click the “Save” button.
A confirmation message will appear on the Unbounce app page in your ActiveCampaign account letting you know that your settings have been saved.
Your connected page will be listed at the top of all Unbounce pages and will have an "Active" status.

The Unbounce integration will also appear on the "Connected Apps" page in your ActiveCampaign account.
View the Unbounce webhook
A webhook is generated for each landing page you connect to your ActiveCampaign account. This webhook(s) is listed in your Unbounce account and is used to send all form submissions data to your ActiveCampaign account.
To view the webhook:
1. From your Unbounce account, go to the "All Pages" screen.
2. Click the connected landing page.
3. Click the "Integrations" tab.
4. Click the "Webhooks" option.

The webhook(s) will display:

Please note
Deleting the webhook from this page will stop the syncing of submission data to your ActiveCampaign account.
This action does not disconnect the landing page.
To disconnect your landing page, you will need to log into your ActiveCampaign account and go to Apps > Connected Apps > Unbounce. From here, click the landing page you wish to disconnect, then click the "Remove" option.
View synced contacts in ActiveCampaign
Contacts who submit their information to your connected landing page will sync to your ActiveCampaign account right away. A contact profile record will be created for them. Contacts added to your ActiveCampaign account through this submission will have two tags added to their profile:
- unbounce-integration
- unbounce-integration-[your_landing_page_name]
If you are using variants for your Unbounce landing page, a third tag will be added to contacts. This third tag will state the name of the integration, the landing page name, and the variant name and will look similar to this:
- unbounce-integration-[your_landing_page_name]-[variant_name]
Any mapped contact fields will also be populated.

Form submissions from this integration will not add a site tracking cookie to contacts.
View landing page submission logs
Landing page submission logs in your ActiveCampaign account shows successful and failed submissions from your connected Unbounce page(s). You can filter these logs by integration, account (Unbounce account email), and type (all submissions or new submissions) by clicking the dropdown fields that appear at the top of the page.
To view the landing page submission log:
1. Navigate to the Connected Apps page in your ActiveCampaign account. (Click Apps > Connected Apps).
2. Click the “View logs” button on the top right of your screen.
The view logs page will load all submissions made to your landing page(s).

Information in the log includes:
- Date and time the page was submitted
- Integration name
- Account (Email address associated with the connected Unbounce account)
- Status (Success or Error)
- Type (All or New submissions)
- Details (form name)
Clicking the right caret next to the date for any page submission will display submission details. This can be used to troubleshoot submission errors.

Update field mapping
You can update field mapping for your connected landing pages at any time. Once field mapping is updated, all submissions moving forward will reflect the new mapping rules. It will not alter or change any fields for contacts who submitted their information before this update.
To update mapping for your landing page fields:
1. Navigate to the Unbounce app page in your ActiveCampaign account (click Apps > Connected Apps > Unbounce).
2. Click the form you wish to update.
3. Locate the field you wish to modify mapping for and use the dropdowns to update mapping.

4. Click “Save” when finished.
Disconnect an Unbounce page from ActiveCampaign
The "Remove" option at the top of the Field Mapping page in ActiveCampaign will disconnect your Unbounce landing page from ActiveCampaign. This means that your ActiveCampaign account will stop receiving data from submissions made to that page. You can always reconnect the page to your ActiveCampaign account in the future if you need to.
To disconnect a landing page:
1. Navigate to the Unbounce app page in your account (click Apps > Connected Apps > Unbounce).
2. Click the page you wish to stop receiving submission data from.
3. Click the "Remove" link on the top right of the page.
4. A confirmation modal will appear. Click “Remove.”

A confirmation message will appear letting you know that form has been successfully removed.
Future submissions made to this page will not sync to your ActiveCampaign account. In addition, the webhook generated for this page in Unbounce will be removed from your Unbounce account.
Disconnecting a page will not remove any previously synced data.
Disconnect your Unbounce account from ActiveCampaign
You can disconnect your Unbounce account from ActiveCampaign. Doing so means that:
- The Unbounce account will no longer be listed under "Connected Apps"
- Data will no longer be transferred from your Unbounce account to your ActiveCampaign account
Note that previously synced data will NOT be removed from your ActiveCampaign account.
To disconnect an Unbounce account:
1. Navigate to the Unbounce app page in your ActiveCampaign account (click Apps > Connected Apps > Unbounce).
2. Click the “Disconnect” button.
3. A “Disconnect Account” confirmation modal will appear. Click the “Disconnect” button.

The Unbounce account will be disconnected from your ActiveCampaign account. You can reconnect the integration at any time and remap fields for pages you’d like to use.
About transferring Unbounce page ownership
If you are transferring ownership of a page to another account, you must disconnect your page from ActiveCampaign first. Then transfer the ownership of the page with Unbounce, then reconnect the page within your ActiveCampaign account.
