Calendar Feed is available for accounts on the following plans:
Yes, any alerts for tasks attached to contacts or deals can be synced to your calendar with our Calendar Feed feature.
To sync your task alerts to your calendar, follow these steps:
1. From the Calendar page in your ActiveCampaign account, click "Edit" for the Calendar feed you would like to sync alerts for.
2. Click the "Include Alerts" checkbox.
3. Click the "Save" button.
Your task alerts will sync to your calendar automatically.
Things to note:
- In order for task alerts to sync to your calendar, you must add your Calendar Feed URL to your calendar client. Read more about how to add a Calendar Feed url to a calendar here.
- Your calendar client is responsible for the frequency of updates. Any changes made may not appear in your calendar right away.
