Mail server IP ranges

If you send an email to a group of people at a company, or, if contacts on your list are using the same domain as your “From” email address, it's possible that your communication will not be received or accepted by the company's email firewall.

In order to get your messages into the inboxes of these contacts, we recommend working with their IT team to whitelist the IP ranges listed below. Because the IP address used by your ActiveCampaign account may change from message to message based on a variety of factors, it is recommended that you have them whitelist all of the IP ranges instead of a single, static IP.
