If your campaign has a status of “Analyzing,” this means your campaign is being reviewed by our Compliance team to ensure that your campaign is within our Terms of Service and meets industry standards. Our team will review your campaign and reach out to you if more information is needed. Oftentimes, even if your campaign is being reviewed by Compliance, your campaign will be approved without any further action on your end.
The purpose of this process is to prevent elevated spam complaints, unsubscribes, and block events. This process helps to prevent abuse of the platform and the sending of malicious mail.
The campaign review and approval process usually takes less than 10 minutes, there may be times in which this process takes an extended amount of time. One instance that can increase the amount of time it takes for your campaign to be reviewed is in the event that we do need to obtain additional information from you. If we do need to obtain more information, we will send the notification to your email on file with the specific information we are requesting. Until which time we do receive the additional information and review it the campaign in question will remain in an “Analyzing” status.
