For security and privacy reasons, only the Primary Admin (the individual who created the account) can access the Billing & Upgrade page. Other account users cannot be granted access to this page. If you are not the Primary Admin and if you need access this page, the Primary Admin will need to share their account credentials with you. If you need to transfer the Primary Admin account to a different user, this help article will walk you through that process.
Follow the steps below to learn how to update your billing information:
1. Click your name located on the bottom left of your screen and click "Billing & Upgrade"
2. In the Payment box, click "Update."
3. Enter your updated billing information into the pop up form and click "Update."
