How do I send an automation email from a Deal Owner?

The Deals CRM feature is available for the following plans:

  • Plus
  • Professional
  • Enterprise

You can update the “From” name or email address to reflect the Deal Owner in an automated email by using the personalize option. This is handy if you want to send the same automated email to your leads, but want to have it come from the deal's owner.

The personalize option becomes available when at least one deal has been created.

To get started, follow these steps:

1. From the Automations overview page, click “Edit” for the automation you wish to modify.

2. Hover your mouse over the automation email and click the "Edit email" icon.

3. Click the gear icon located on the upper right corner of the campaign builder.

4. The Campaign Settings modal will open. Click the personalization icon for either the From Name or From email.

5. A modal window will open. Click the field under "Select Field"

6. Scroll down the list of items and select one of the Deal Owner fields by clicking it.

8. Click "Save."

9. Click "Close."
