Legacy: Import contacts from Pipedrive to ActiveCampaign

Important updates for this integration

  • You can use the instructions below to run, edit, or delete current syncs
  • It is not possible to create new syncs using the instructions below
  • We are enhancing our existing Pipedrive integration to include both inbound and outbound syncs
  • Please refer to the Pipedrive integration article to create new imports from Pipedrive to ActiveCampaign

Take note

  • Once connected, all contacts from Pipedrive will sync into ActiveCampaign
  • Only "Person" fields from Pipedrive can be synced into ActiveCampaign. This includes standard and custom fields
  • ActiveCampaign will sync the phone number most likely to have SMS capabilities. Numbers labeled "Mobile" will get priority, then "Home", "Work", and "Other." If no numbers are labeled, ActiveCampaign will sync your primary number from Pipedrive
  • Once connected, Pipedrive will create the following "Person" fields in your ActiveCampaign account. These will be located on the "Manage Fields" page. Personalization tags for these fields will be generated for you:
