How do I send contacts to my website when they unsubscribe from my communications?

You can redirect contacts to your website after they click the unsubscribe link in your campaign. 

Take note

• The redirect setup takes place under the Advanced Settings modal for a list
• The redirect is list-specific and only affects the list(s) you update
• If you send a campaign to multiple lists that shares the same contact(s), the unsubscribe action the contact experiences is associated with the first list they subscribed to

Set up the unsubscribe redirect

1. Click Contacts > Lists to navigate to the Lists overview page. 
2. Locate the list you want to update, then click the down caret > "Advanced Settings." 
3. A modal window will appear. Click the “Public Pages” tab.
4. A new tab in your browser will open. Click the "Redirect to URL instead" hyperlink.
5. Enter the webpage URL, then click “Save.”
