You can redirect contacts to your website after they click the unsubscribe link in your campaign.
Take note
- The redirect setup takes place under the Advanced Settings modal for a list
- The redirect is list-specific and only affects the list(s) you update
- If you send a campaign to multiple lists that shares the same contact(s), the unsubscribe action the contact experiences is associated with the first list they subscribed to
Set up the unsubscribe redirect
- Click Contacts > Lists to navigate to the Lists overview page.
- Locate the list you want to update, then click the down caret > "Advanced Settings."
- A modal window will appear. Click the “Public Pages” tab.
- A new tab in your browser will open. Click the "Redirect to URL instead" hyperlink.
- Enter the webpage URL, then click “Save.”
