You can edit the From name and email address for any campaign with a "Draft" or "Scheduled" status. This information cannot be changed for campaigns with a "Sent" status.
To get started:
- Click Campaigns on the left menu, then open the campaign you wish to update.
- Click "Design" at the top of the application to go to the Campaign Designer.
- Click the gear icon.
- The Campaign Settings modal will appear. Type your preferred From name and email address into the fields provided.
- Click "Save."
It is not possible to set a default account-wide or list-specific From name or email address. Any newly created campaigns will use the same From name and email address as your most recently sent campaign by default.
