How do I change the From name and email address in my campaign?


You can edit the From name and email address for any campaign with a "Draft" or "Scheduled" status. This information cannot be changed for campaigns with a "Sent" status.

To get started:

  1. Click Campaigns on the left menu, then open the campaign you wish to update.  
  2. Click "Design" at the top of the application to go to the Campaign Designer.
  3. Click the gear icon
  4. The Campaign Settings modal will appear. Type your preferred From name and email address into the fields provided.
  5. Click "Save."

It is not possible to set a default account-wide or list-specific From name or email address. Any newly created campaigns will use the same From name and email address as your most recently sent campaign by default.
