How do I change the "From" name and email address in my campaign?

You can edit the "From" name and email address for any campaign with a "Draft" or "Scheduled" status. This information cannot be changed for campaigns with a "Sent" status.

Take Note

It is not possible to set a default account-wide or list-specific "From" name or email address. By default, new campaigns will use the same "From" name and email address as your most recently sent campaign. 

Update the "From" name and email address from the Campaigns page

  1. Click Campaigns on the left menu, then open the campaign you wish to update.  
  2. In the Campaign Settings Page, type your preferred "From" name and email address into the fields provided.
  3. If you want to send your email immediately, click “Send now” at the top right. If you want to leave and work on your campaign later, click "Save and exit."

You can also edit the "From" name and email address while designing the campaign.

  1. Click Campaigns on the left menu, then open the campaign you wish to update.
  2. On the Campaign Settings page, hover over the campaign design to the right and click the “Edit design” button.
  3. From the Campaign Designer, click the gear icon at the top right.
  4. The “Campaign Settings” modal will appear. Type your preferred "From" name and email address into the fields provided.
  5. Click "Save."
