How do I change the "From" name and email address in my campaign?

You can edit the “From” name and email address for any campaign with a “draft” or “scheduled” status. This information cannot be changed for any campaigns with a “sent” status.

To update the from name and email address for your campaign:

1. Click "Campaigns" in the left side menu and click "Continue" for the campaign you wish to work with.


2. Click "Design" at the top of the application to go to the campaign creation step.

3. Click the Gear icon on the top right of the Campaign Designer.

3. The Campaign Settings modal will appear. Type your preferred from name and email address into the fields provided. Click "Close" when finished.

It is not possible to set a default account-wide or list-specific “From” name or email address. Any newly created campaigns will use the same “From” name and email address as your most recently sent campaign by default.
