How do I update the "From" name and email address in my campaign?

You can edit the “From” name and email address for any campaign with a “draft” or “scheduled” status. This information cannot be changed for any campaigns with a “sent” status.

To update the from name and email address for your campaign:

  1. Click “Campaigns” from the top menu and click “Continue” for your campaign.


  2. Navigate to the design step of your email; this is the same page where you edit the content of your email.
  3. Click the cog on the top right of your screen.


  4. In the campaign settings modal, enter your preferred from name and email address. Click “Close” when finished.


Please note that it is not possible to set a default account-wide or list-specific “From” name or email address. Any newly created campaigns will use the same “From” name and email address as your most recently sent campaign by default.
