What happens to my idea once I submit it?
Your idea is added to a queue that our Product Team regularly reviews. During the review process, the team categorizes the idea and considers factors such as current priorities, product goals, and how many customers have requested similar functionality.
Ideas that align with our product direction may be added to the roadmap for future consideration. You may receive an email when your idea is in progress or ships, or if an alternative option is available. Adding an idea to the roadmap does not guarantee that it will become a feature or product improvement.
Tips for helpful feedback
- Submit feedback while you are on the page related to your idea or bug so the correct page is captured automatically.
- Include specific examples and the outcome you are trying to achieve.
- When reporting a bug, describe the steps to reproduce it and include any error message you see.
