All custom audiences of the subtype "Customer List" from the connected Facebook ads account will be synced into your ActiveCampaign account upon connection. You will be able to use the "Add to Facebook Custom Audience" and "Remove from Custom Audiences" automation actions right away.

If the integration is turned off, then contacts will automatically skip any Facebook Custom Audiences actions they encounter in your automations.

Managing the Facebook Custom Audience integration

Every Facebook ads account you connect with your ActiveCampaign account will have a “Manage Facebook” modal. This modal will allow you to sync your Facebook Custom Audiences from the connected Facebook ads account into your ActiveCampaign account and turn off/on the integration for that specific Facebook ads account.

How to sync your Facebook Custom Audiences

Reminder: once you connect your Facebook ads account with ActiveCampaign, custom audiences will sync right away.

Clicking the “Sync custom audiences” button will automatically sync all Facebook Custom Audiences from the connected Facebook ads account into your ActiveCampaign account. You may want to do this if you added a new custom audience in Facebook, and wanted it to sync into ActiveCampaign right away.

To sync your Facebook Custom Audiences, follow the steps below:
