How do I assign Deal tasks in ActiveCampaign?

Available on Plus, Professional, and Enterprise plans.

Deal tasks are to-do items created for deals. Tasks are assigned to deal owners when a task is made. However, you can reassign these tasks at any time to a different deal owner who has permission to access the deal's pipeline. 

To assign a task:

  1. Click "Deals" to navigate to the Deals Overview page.
  2. Click "Tasks."
  3. Locate the task you wish to assign to another user.
  4. Click the down caret for that task, then click "Edit task."
  5. The "Edit Task" modal will appear. Click the "Assigned To" dropdown and click the account user you wish to assign the task.
  6. Click the "Save" button.

An email notification will be sent to the user, letting them know that a task has been assigned to them.
