How do I change the subject line for my campaign?

You can update the subject line for any campaign with a draft or scheduled status. Once a campaign is sent however, you will not be able to make any changes.

How to change the subject line from the Campaign Overview page

  1. Click Campaigns, then click the campaign you want to update.
  2. On the Campaign Summary page, enter your new subject line into the field provided.
  3. From here, you can:
    • Click “Save and exit” to save your changes and exit the campaign
    • Click “Test and preview” to send a test version of your campaign with your new subject line
    • Click either “Send now” to send your campaign now, or click “Schedule” further down the page to send your email at a later date and time

How to change the subject line from the Campaign Designer

  1. Click Campaigns, then click the campaign you want to update.
  2. On the Campaign Summary page, click the “Edit design” button.
  3. From the Designer, click the gear icon on the top right.
  4. Enter your new subject line into the “Subject” field.
  5. Click “Save.”
  6. Click “Save and exit” to work on the campaign later or click “Next” to go to the Campaign Summary page where you can:
    • Click “Save and exit” to save your changes and exit the campaign
    • Click “Test and preview” to send a test version of your campaign with your new subject line
    • Click either “Send now” to send your campaign now, or click “Schedule” further down the page to send your email at a later date and time
