Agency payment processors

If you’re new to the Agency program, you may not be sure what to use for a payment processor to collect revenue from clients. We interviewed several of our agencies to see what they currently use and compiled their suggestions below to help you get started.

Note that the platforms listed in this article do require you to create an API connection between your Agency account and the desired payment processing system.

BlueSnap

BlueSnap is an eCommerce payment services provider that specializes in secure global payment processing and payment gateway solutions. With this option, you can build your ideal checkout experience while they handle the processing.

Chargify

Chargify is a recurring billing system designed for Web 2.0 and SaaS companies. This option offers multiple ways to sign up new customers and allows you to collect revenue via credit cards, invoice billing, Paypal, and ACH.

Stripe

Stripe allows you to easily accept payments both online and in mobile apps. With Stripe, you can manage both recurring and subscription-based payments as well as process and accept a range of payment methods.

This API option is intended to be used by the developer community.

Subscription Manager

Subscription Manager for ActiveCampaign, by Bridge Software, is a recurring billing system created specifically for ActiveCampaign Agency Partners. Subscription Manager for ActiveCampaign automatically charges your client's credit card each month and the funds are deposited to your bank account. The tool also automatically disables your client's accounts if they are late on payments or when their payment is declined.

WHMCS

WHMCS is a web host billing automation platform that powers tens of thousands of web hosting companies. This option allows you to import all your available ActiveCampaign plans and create products with your desired markup or discount. It supports Reseller’s default custom domain and client-set custom domain.
