Can I use emojis in my campaigns or automation emails?

While we do not officially support emojis in subject lines or body text, you can try to use any emoji found here to differentiate yourself from the rest of the competition in a contact’s inbox.

Because these are not officially supported, we recommend thoroughly testing your campaign in as many email applications as possible before sending it out to your list. This includes creating a copy of a campaign and sending it to a list of test contacts. If the emoji doesn’t render, then it’s best to remove it as we will not be able to assist with troubleshooting the issue.
