How do I stop or cancel a scheduled campaign?

To stop or prevent a scheduled campaign from sending, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Campaigns overview page.
  2. Locate the scheduled campaign.
  3. Click the dropdown next to the campaign’s “Edit” button.


  4. Click “Disable.”

  5. A confirmation message will appear in a modal pop up. Click “OK.”


Your campaign will be listed on the Campaigns overview page with a “Disabled” label. It will appear under all campaigns with a “Sent," "Stopped," or "Disabled" status:


To re-enable this scheduled campaign at anytime, click “Enable” from the dropdown:

A modal pop up will appear, click “OK.”
