How to search for a campaign in your account

You can search for a campaign in your account in the following ways:

  • Global search bar located on the top right of your screen. You can search for a campaign from the Dashboard or from the Contacts, Campaigns, Automations, Lists, or Reports overview pages.
  • “Search Campaigns” search field located on the Campaigns overview page.

Results from either search options will list Campaigns in the Campaigns section in your account.

How to find a campaign using the global search field

This option can only be used on the following pages: Account Dashboard, Campaigns, Automation, Lists, or Reports overview pages. It is not possible to search for a campaign using this search field from the Contacts, Deals, or Forms overview pages.

To get started:

  1. From any page listed above, click the magnifying glass located on the top right of your screen.
  2. A search field will expand.
  3. Type part or all of any of the following into the search field:
    1. Campaign name
    2. Subject line
    3. Phrase or keyword used in a campaign
    4. From name or From email address
  4. A dropdown will appear under the search field. Click “Campaigns.”

You will be redirected to the Campaigns overview page. All campaigns that are relevant to your search terms will be displayed.

How to find a campaign using the “Search Campaigns” search option

  1. Go to the Campaigns overview page.
  2. Click into the “Search Campaigns” search field.
  3. Type part or all of the following into the search field:
    1. Campaign name
    2. Subject line
    3. Phrase or keyword
    4. From name or From email address
  4. Hit the “Enter key” on your keyboard.

The page will refresh and display all campaigns that are relevant to your search terms.
