Contacts may get stuck during a sync using the ActiveCampaign Salesforce integration. This can be due to an Org migration, such as Hyperforce. To remedy this situation, you must re-complete Step1: System Connections portion of the ActiveCampaign Salesforce integration.

Once you complete this step, the integration will continue to sync data between ActiveCampaign and Salesforce.

The following steps must be completed using a Salesforce System Administrator profile with the ActiveCampaign Package Manager permission set.

  1. Log into your Salesforce account and go to the ActiveCampaign Setup Wizard.
  2. Click the Systems Connections “Edit” button.
  3. In a separate tab or window, log into your ActiveCampaign account to retrieve your API URL and Key. The API URL and Key must come from the Primary Admin of your ActiveCampaign account.
  4. Paste the ActiveCampaign API URL and Key into the corresponding boxes in your Salesforce account.
  5. Click the “Next” button
  6. On the Authorize ActiveCampaign to Salesforce page, click the “Reauthorize” button
    • You may need to enter your Salesforce username and password in this step
  7. Click “Finish.”

To test the connection:

  1. Stage data in your ActiveCampaign account by either:

  2. Wait about 10 minutes for data to be sent to Salesforce.
