Calendly’s Round Robin event type offers Sales teams flexibility when distributing meetings between hosts. The feature allows teams to optimize for availability or equal distribution. This feature is available to set up for Owner and Admin user types in Calendly.
Using the ActiveCampaign and Calendly integration allows Owner and Admin Calendly users to connect Round Robin event types when setting up the integration. Be sure to connect an Owner or Admin account when connecting to an Event Type that is set up for Round Robin Events. This will ensure that all events are sent from Calendly to ActiveCampaign.
Troubleshooting
If you are an Owner or Admin user and you are not receiving all events, please disconnect your Calendly account and Connect, Setup and Map fields again to re-subscribe to the Round Robin event type.
