How to print and download your campaign

You can print or download campaigns from our new campaign flow. This can be helpful if you want to share your campaign with external stakeholders or save it to your computer for future reference.

Take note

  • This feature is only available for campaigns built with the Email Designer
  • This feature is available in campaign index and campaign preview mode

How to print or download a campaign

  1. Click Email on the left.
  2. Click on the name of the draft or scheduled campaign that you want to print or download.
  3. Click the “Test and preview” button at the top right.
  4. In the “Test and Preview” modal, click the “Desktop preview” button.
  5. In the “Campaign Preview” modal, in the “Format” dropdown, choose between these two options:
    • HTML
      This option includes the campaign with the images
    • Text
      This option will download the text-only version of the campaign
  6. Click “Print.”
  7. The browser's native print options will appear. Choose your print settings and click “Print.”

How to print or download an automation email

  1. Click Automations on the left menu.
  2. Locate the automation that contains the email(s) you wish to print or download.
  3. Click the name of the automation or the “Edit” button to open the automation.
  4. Hover your mouse over the automation email you want to print or download, then click the pencil icon ("Edit email") that appears.
  5. Click the "Next" button at the top right.
  6. Click the “Test and preview” button at the top right.
  7. In the “Test and Preview” modal, click the “Desktop preview” button.
  8. A “Campaign Preview” modal will appear. In the “Format” dropdown, choose between these two options:
    • HTML
      This option includes the campaign with the images
    • Text
      This option will download the text-only version of the campaign
  9. Click “Print.”
  10. The browser's native print options will appear. Choose your print settings and click “Print.”
