The Accounts tab grants ACHQ franchisor administrators access to details regarding sub-accounts. Through Field Settings, admins can customize the displayed information, tailoring each Accounts page to meet their specific requirements.

How to Search for Accounts

  1. Click on Contacts > Accounts on the left menu.
  2. Utilize the search feature to search by any of the following:
    • Name: Type Account name or ActiveHosted
    • Status: Select - All, Active, Inactive, Trial, Deactivated, Pending, Failed Build, New
    • No partners
    • Account Type: Select - All, Clients, Partner, HQ
    • Label

How to adjust the “Column settings and visibility” column Settings

Custom column settings can be applied by navigating to the Settings Icon.

  1. Click on the “Settings” icon ACHQ Setttings icon in Accounts.png. “Column settings and visibility” will allow the admin to select which account information to view in the main panel:

  2. Select the desired information and click “Apply.”

How to add an Account

  1. Click on Contacts > Accounts on the left menu.
  2. Click “Add Account.”
  3. Fill out the form with the required information.
  4. Click “Build Onesend Account.”

How to edit an Account

  1. Click the “Edit” icon Edit icon in ACHQ Accounts.png.
  2. Update the form with the desired information.
  3. Click “Save.”

Other Actions on the Account tab

  • Auto login: Auto Login icon in ACHQ Accounts.png Redirects to the subaccount’s ACHQ profile
  • ActiveCampaign SSO: ActiveCampaign SSO Icon in ACHQ Accounts.png Redirects to the subaccount’s AC Dashboard
  • Export: Export icon in ACHQ Accounts.png Exports a .csv file of the Accounts dashboard

How do I update a subaccount's time zone?

You can update a subaccount’s time zone by clicking the "Auto login" icon > “Settings” > “Defaults” Tab.
