The Accounts tab grants ActiveCampaignHQ (ACHQ) franchisor administrators access to details regarding subaccounts. Through Field Settings, admins can customize the displayed information, tailoring each accounts page to meet their specific requirements.
How to Search for Accounts
- Click on Contacts > Accounts on the left menu.
- Utilize the search feature to search by any of the following:
- Name: Type Account name or ActiveHosted
- Status: Select - All, Active, Inactive, Trial, Deactivated, Pending, Failed Build, New
- No partners
- Account Type: Select - All, Clients, Partner, HQ
- Label
How to adjust the “Column settings and visibility” column Settings
Custom column settings can be applied by navigating to the Settings Icon.
- Click the “Settings” icon
. “Column settings and visibility” will allow the admin to select which account information to view in the main panel:
- Select the desired information and click “Apply.”
How to add an Account
Note that this action creates the account in ACHQ only.
- Click on Contacts > Accounts on the left menu.
- Click “Add Account.”
- Fill out the form with the required information.
- Click “Build Onesend Account.”

How to edit an account
- Click the “Edit” icon
