Frequently Asked Questions

Why do statistics have to be regenerated?

Some customers may be used to real-time data and wonder why they have to regenerate statistics. For ACHQ, regenerating statistics allows the platform to be faster by manually generating new data when needed instead of automatically generating real-time data. Regenerating statistics is quick, and the Last updated time stamp will update once it’s completed.

How is Revenue calculated?

The revenue data in the diagnostics report helps admins understand how marketing communications are contributing to overall store sales. More details here.
