If you are the Primary Admin, you can grant purchase permissions to another user. Doing so allows that user to update the billing method and period, adjust the contact count, add account users, change plans, set email send limits, and purchase add-ons and SMS credits.
- From your ActiveCampaign account, click “Settings” (gear icon).
- Click “Users and groups” located on the secondary menu.
- Locate the user to whom you wish to grant billing and purchase access, then click the “Edit” button.
- If this user is not in your account, click the “Add a new user” option. Then, proceed to create the new user. This user can be in any user group
- A modal window will appear. Click the “Purchase Permissions” toggle to set it to the “On” position.
- Click the “Save” button.
- A confirmation message will appear. Click the “Confirmation” button.
