The Job Title field can be found in both an Account Record and a Contact Record. It is directly associated with an Account, so when a contact has been assigned to an Account, the Job Title field will also appear in the contact’s record.
Using the Job Title field
The Job Title field cannot be used in Advanced Search or segments, and cannot be added to a form. If you need a field that represents a contact’s specific role in a company, and can be used in segments or forms, then we recommend creating a custom contact field with a similar name.
Why doesn't the Job Title field show on the contact record?
This occurs when a contact has not been assigned to an Account. In order for the Job Title Field to show in a contact’s record, the contact must be associated with an Account.
