With ActiveCampaign, you can send a Browse Abandonment email within an automation with a WooCommerce or third-party ecommerce integration.
To do so:
WooCommerce integration:
You must connect your WooCommerce store to ActiveCampaign and enable site tracking in your WooCommerce plugin.
Third-party ecommerce integration:
You must enable browse abandonment in your third-party integration.
From here, you can create an automation that starts with a Browse Abandonment trigger, then add a “Send email” action to your automation containing a campaign that uses the “Browse Abandonment” content block.
