How do I send an instant autoresponder message when I manually add a contact to my list?

By default, instant autoresponders are not sent when a single contact is added manually through the administrative interface. However, you can trigger the instant autoresponder to send when you add a single contact. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Click Contacts to navigate to the Contacts Overview page.
  2. Click “New Contact.”
  3. Add the email address for your contact and all other relevant information to the Contact Profile modal pop-up.
  4. Click “Add Contact.”
  5. On the “Contact Actions” modal screen, select the list you want to add your contact to.
  6. Under “Advanced List Options” select “Send Instant Autoresponders” and click "Apply."
