You can turn off ActiveCampaign branding on an account level.
Take note
Once branding is turned off, all mentions of ActiveCampaign will be hidden (the list below is non-exhaustive):
- Text
- Links
- ActiveCampaign forms
- The Apps page
- The "Help" bubble. This is used to contact our Customer Experience team and view your Help tickets in your account. However, you can manually turn on the "Help" bubble
- The ActiveCampaign Referral Program ("Ambassador Program")
- Any apps that show the ActiveCampaign name or logo
- Most integrations
- Domain verification
How to turn off ActiveCampaign branding
- Click Settings (gear icon) > Appearance on the left menu to navigate to the Appearance Settings page in your Active Campaign account.
- Scroll down to the "Miscellaneous" section.
- Set the ActiveCampaign branding toggle to "Off" by clicking it.
- The "In-app Chat" toggle will appear and will be "Off" by default. Turn this "On" or "Off" by clicking it.
- Click "Save Settings."
- After you save your settings, refresh your page to see the changes made.
How to turn on ActiveCampaign branding

- Click "Save Settings."
How to manually turn on the “Help” bubble when ActiveCampaign branding is turned off
When you turn ActiveCampaign branding off, the blue “Help” bubble on the bottom right of your account to reach out to our Customer Experience team is automatically disabled. The “In-app Chat” toggle appear when you turn ActiveCampaign branding off and will be toggled “Off” by default.
You can enable the blue “Help” button and keep ActiveCampaign branding off with the following steps:
- Click Settings (gear icon) > Appearance on the left menu to navigate to the Appearance Settings page in your Active Campaign account.
- Scroll down to the "Miscellaneous" section.
- Set the “In-app Chat” toggle to "On" by clicking it.
- Click "Save Settings."
- After you save your settings, refresh your page to see the "Help" bubble.
