How to turn off ActiveCampaign branding in your account

You can turn off ActiveCampaign branding on an account level. When you turn off ActiveCampaign branding, you also have the option to hide our in-app chat functionality.

Take note

  • Any user in the Admin group can turn ActiveCampaign branding off or on
  • Once branding is turned off, all mentions of ActiveCampaign will be hidden (the list below is non-exhaustive): 

How to turn off ActiveCampaign branding

  1. Click Settings (gear icon) > Appearance on the left menu. 
  2. Click the "ActiveCampaign Branding" toggle to set it to the "Off" position.
  3. Optional: Click the "In-app Chat" toggle to set it to the "Off" position. Doing so will remove the "Get Help" section on the left menu and in-app chat widget on the lower right from your account. If you need to contact our Customer Experience team, you must do so via email. 
  4. Click "Save Settings."
  5. Refresh your page to see the update applied to your account.

How to turn on ActiveCampaign branding

  1. Click Settings (gear icon) > Appearance on the left menu. 
  2. Click the "ActiveCampaign Branding" toggle to set it to the "On" position.
  3. Click "Save Settings."
  4. Refresh your page to see the update applied to your account.
