How to turn off ActiveCampaign branding in your account

If you're on an Enterprise plan, you can turn off ActiveCampaign branding on an account level. Turning branding off hides any mentions of ActiveCampaign in your account.

ActiveCampaign branding includes:

  • Text
  • Links
  • ActiveCampaign forms
  • The Apps page
  • The Help bubble
  • The ActiveCampaign Referral Program ("Ambassador Program")
  • Any apps that show the ActiveCampaign name or logo
  • Most integrations will be unavailable

How to turn ActiveCampaign branding off

  1. Click Settings (gear icon) > Appearance on the left menu to navigate to the Appearance Settings page in your Active Campaign account. 
  2. Scroll down to the "Miscellaneous" section.
  3. Set the ActiveCampaign branding toggle to "Off" by clicking it.
  4. Click "Save Settings."

How to turn ActiveCampaign branding on

  1. Click Settings (gear icon) > Appearance on the left menu to navigate to the Appearance Settings page in your Active Campaign account. 
  2. Scroll down to the "Miscellaneous" section.
  3. Set the ActiveCampaign branding toggle to "On" by clicking it.
  4. Click "Save Settings."
