You can turn off ActiveCampaign branding on an account level. When you turn off ActiveCampaign branding, you also have the option to hide our in-app chat functionality.
Take note
- Any user in the Admin group can turn ActiveCampaign branding off or on
- Once branding is turned off, all mentions of ActiveCampaign will be hidden (the list below is non-exhaustive):
- Text
- Links
- ActiveCampaign forms
- The Apps page
- The ActiveCampaign Referral Program ("Ambassador Program")
- Any apps that show the ActiveCampaign name or logo
- Most integrations
- Domain verification
How to turn off ActiveCampaign branding
- Click Settings (gear icon) > Appearance on the left menu.
- Click the "ActiveCampaign Branding" toggle to set it to the "Off" position.
- Optional: Click the "In-app Chat" toggle to set it to the "Off" position. Doing so will remove the "Get Help" section on the left menu and in-app chat widget on the lower right from your account. If you need to contact our Customer Experience team, you must do so via email.
- Click "Save Settings."
- Refresh your page to see the update applied to your account.
How to turn on ActiveCampaign branding

- Click the "ActiveCampaign Branding" toggle to set it to the "On" position.
- Click "Save Settings."
