Facebook Business Verification lets you increase the outbound conversation limits within the WhatsApp Business API. If you don’t have this verification, you can only have up to 250 conversations per day, and are not able to apply for the verification badge on your WhatsApp profile.

Images in this article are from Hilos, a company we recently acquired to bring native WhatsApp automation and richer conversational experiences, expanding our marketing automation platform. We’ll provide updated screenshots as soon as they are ready; however, the experience is similar. For more product documentation, visit the Hilos help center.
