Step-by-step guide to customizing your WhatsApp profile

1. Click WhatsApp > Settings on the left menu.
2. Click “WhatsApp accounts.”
3. Click on the phone number profile you wish to edit. The screen will refresh. 
   
   
4. Make the desired changes to your profile, and click “Save Profile.” Here, you can change your profile picture, bio, apply for a blue verification badge, update your category, and modify the links shown.
   
   

Changing Your Display Name

1. Click WhatsApp > Settings on the left menu.
2. Click “WhatsApp accounts.”
3. Click on the phone number profile you wish to edit. The screen will refresh.
   
   
4. Click the “Channel Settings” tab.
5. Type the desired display name in the “Short name to identify this channel” field.
6. Click “Save changes.”
