Lite, Plus, Professional, and Enterprise plans include live chat and email support.

You can contact ActiveCampaign Support through email and live chat (only available when logged into your ActiveCampaign account). Note that channels of support may vary and be limited during regional public holidays.

Our live chat is available:

  • Monday - Thursday from 9 am - 11 pm, Central Standard Time (CST)
  • Friday from 9 am - 4:30 pm, Central Standard Time (CST)

Chat with us from your ActiveCampaign account:

Note that you must be logged into your ActiveCampaign account to access live chat.

  1. From any page in your account, click the blue “Help” bubble.
  2. Click the "Contact us" button.
  3. Click "Live chat."
  4. Select a topic from the dropdown and type a brief summary of the issue you're experiencing.
  5. Click the "Start Chat" button.

You can submit a support request at any time.

Send a support request from your ActiveCampaign account:

  1. From any page in your account, click the blue “Help” bubble.
  2. Click the "Contact us" button.
  3. Click the "Leave a message" button.
  4. On the next screen, click the issue.
  5. Complete the fields on the next screen then click the "Send" button.
