We're investigating reports on an account basis.

Status: Identified

We've identified the issue and have a fix incoming.

Sept 18th - 1:59 PM US EST

Status: Monitoring

We had a brief issue that may have caused some campaigns to stall or delay sending. This should now be resolved and a fix is rolling out to all impacted accounts within a few hours.

Sept 19th - 10:31 AM US EST

Status: Resolved.

Campaigns should all be sent out now. You may notice delays from the original send time set, at this time that is expected. If you have any further issues, please reach out to our support team.

Sept 20th - 1:12 PM US EST

Status: Resolved.

We received reports of some campaigns continuing to be delayed. That has again been resolved, however, any campaign that has not gone out will have to be manually re-sent. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
