Your account name is part of your login URL. We also display your account name on the Settings > Account settings page in your ActiveCampaign account.
If you forget your account name and need to retrieve it, follow the steps below:
- Go to www.activecampaign.com and click "Login" at the top of the page.
- Click on the "Forgot your account name?" link.
- Enter the email address that you used to create this account. This is not the same as your notification email address.
- Complete the Captcha requirement.
- Click "Retrieve Account(s)."
- We will send you an email with your account information.
