This new feature expands our global SMS capabilities, enabling you to register a dedicated Australian 10-digit long code – ensuring compliant, reliable SMS deliverability to recipients in Australia.

Once registered, the dedicated number can be used to seamlessly add SMS to your automation flows and unlocks the ability to send 1-to-many broadcast SMS campaigns to recipients in Australia.

This feature is available to all customers on Plus, Professional, and Enterprise plans with the SMS Marketing add-on.
To register a dedicated Australian number, you must be in the Admin Group:
- Go to SMS > Registration
- Click “Register” under Australia
- Submit your Commercial Registry document or equivalent official record, clearly showing:
- Business name
- Business address
- Business ID number
