ActiveCampaign’s Active Intelligence: Insights is a conversational AI interface that allows you to ask questions about your ActiveCampaign account and get an instant answer. For example, instead of clicking through reports or dashboards, you can type a question, like “Which campaign had the highest open rate last month?”
Active Intelligence: Insights can help you easily understand your ActiveCampaign data and improve results. It provides data, charts, and recommendations, making it easier to take action.
Use Active Intelligence: Insights
- Click Active Intelligence on the left-hand menu.
- Ask a question. For example:
- “How did my May newsletter perform?”
- “Which campaigns got the most clicks?”
- “Why did my open rate drop last week?”
- Review the AI’s answer, which can include a chart or performance summary.
- Follow up with another question; context is remembered.
- Rate the response to help improve the experience.
