Partner Portal - Create and save a personal view

If you are an ActiveCampaign Agency or Reseller, you can use filters to group resold accounts by a shared attribute(s), then save it as a personal view for later use. Personal views refresh automatically, ensuring that you’re reviewing the most recent updates. 

For example, you can use the “Status” filter to view accounts by status, the “Plan” filter to view accounts by plan, and use the “Add a filter” option to view accounts by data such as Billing Term, User Limit, Expiration Date, and more. 

To use a filter and save it as a personal view:

  1. Log in to the Parter Portal.
  2. Click Accounts > Overview on the left menu.

  3. Add your filters. Note that you can use any of the options below:
    • Click the “Add a filter” button, then choose an attribute for your filter, or search for an attribute. Depending on the attribute you choose, you’ll be asked to provide additional information
    • Click the “Status” filter dropdown and select an account status
    • Click the “Plan” dropdown and choose the plan you want to use
  4. To save the results as a personal view, click the “Save as personal view” button at the top of the page.
  5. A modal window will appear. Enter the name of the personal view into the field provided, then click “Save.”

The personal view will save and can be accessed on the left menu of the Accounts Overview page. Note that anyone with a login to your Partner Portal can access this view.
