How do I view past payments and invoices?

If you are the Primary Account Admin or a user with purchase permissions, you can view and download past invoices from the Billing and Upgrade page in your ActiveCampaign account.  

Take note

Only Primary Account Admins (Account Owners) can access the Billing and Upgrade page. Other users in the Admin group, or any other user group, are unable to access this page

There is no option to email invoices. You must log into your account to access this information

You can view and download the invoice as a PDF to your device

View payments and invoices

  1. Click your avatar on the bottom left corner of your ActiveCampaign account.
  2. Click the "Billing & Upgrade" option.
  3. Click the "Invoices" tab.
  4. All invoices will be listed on the page. This includes:
    • Invoice date
    • Order ID
    • Product
    • Total
    • Status
    • View button
    • Download button
  5. To view the invoice, click the "View" button.
  6. To download the invoice as a PDF to your device, click the "Download" button.
