If you are the Primary Account Admin, you can view and download past invoices from the Billing and Upgrade page in your ActiveCampaign account.
Take note
- Only Primary Account Admins (Account Owners) can access the Billing and Upgrade page. Other users in the Admin group, or any other user group, are unable to access this page
- There is no option to email invoices. You must log into your account to access this information
- You can view and download the invoice as a PDF to your device
View payments and invoices
1. Click your avatar on the bottom left corner of your ActiveCampaign account.
2. Click the "Billing & Upgrade" option
3. Click the "Invoices" tab.

4. All invoices will be listed on the page. This includes:
- Invoice date
- Order ID
- Product
- Total
- Status
- View button
- Download button
To view the invoice, click the "View" button.
To download the invoice as a PDF to your device, click the "Download" button.
