You can download reports for outbound flow executions and flow versions into CSV files. Downloaded results include all contacts in your flow and their answers to all flow questions and menu steps.
To do so:
- From your ActiveCampaign account, click WhatsApp > Messaging Flows on the left menu.
- Click the flow whose report you want to download.
- To download a report for a flow version:
- Click the “Versions” tab
- Click the version you want to download
- Click the “Download results” button
- To download a report of a flow execution:
- Click the “Messaging Flow Executions” tab
- Click the option you want to download
- Click the “Download results” button
- The report will run, and you will receive a notification when it’s ready to view. This can be found under WhatsApp > Notifications
