If you no longer need a template, you can easily delete it. Note that once a template is deleted, it cannot be restored. Any flow using the template will stop working.
To delete a template:
- Click WhatsApp > Templates on the left menu.
- Locate the template you want to delete and click its corresponding vertical ellipsis.
- Click “Delete.”
A confirmation window will appear. Click “Yes, delete.”
